* ‐ A new creative council being simulated for the first time, the UNSC – R isn’t

simulated in the future with substantive bridging for the years skipped past, but

rather is simulated in the present day but with a few modifications to how events

and decisions shaped up in the past. The crux of the council is driven from

reforms that hypothetically did come through in the year 2008 regarding UNSC

Reforms. A more substantive and exhaustive idea will be intimated to the

delegates in the background guide.

** ‐ Refers to the council being open to any agenda item on the current UNSC

mandate that delegates will adopt based on the Establishment of Agenda

procedure in the by‐laws of the UNSC Procedure.
